Therapeutic Massage
Your go-to massage. A customized service, ranging from 35 to 120 minutes in length. My signature style blends well-known modalities [like deep tissue and Swedish massage] with trigger point work, myofascial release, musculoskeletal realignment techniques, my own "flair," and more, to craft a thorough and effective treatment. Whether your goal is pain relief, maintenance, relaxation, or all of the above, this "go-to" has got you covered.

Prenatal Massage
Like a therapeutic massage service, just with the addition pillows and bolsters to support you in a reclined and side-lying position. For expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy.

Chair Massage
A lovely and abbreviated 15 or 25 minute option - you remain fully clothed and sit upright in a chair, with support in all the right places to take the weight of gravity off of your spine. Available in-suite or on-site in offices (advance scheduling). 15 minutes: $25

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
Beautifully colored and textured salt stones, warmed to a soothing temperature of 120* to 135* to melt your muscles. Himalayan Salt Stones contain 84 minerals that gently exfoliate and nourish your skin. Available as an add-on or as a stand-alone session.

Graston Technique®
Graston Technique (GT) therapy is an advanced form of instrument-assisted, soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), which incorporates the use of six specially designed stainless steel instruments. Aids in the treatment for the adverse effects of scar tissue and fascial restrictions as well as improving and maintaining optimal range of motion. Available as an add-on or a stand-alone session.

Cupping Therapy
A combination of silicone and plastic cups will be applied to specific muscles - traditional massage is downward pressure, feel the difference with upward, vacuum-like suction from the cups. This technique draws oxygenated blood to the surface of the skin and into the muscle tissue, removing toxins, improving range of motion, and helping break down scar tissue.
